If the IWBPro/DigiClass registration is not working (usually indicated by the "Unknown status" response) it is worth checking if the server is running.

You can find the server IP address as follows:

The ping will most likely report a timeout for security reasons.

You can use the browser to check the registration service itself is up and running on the server by navigating to the following address from your browser:

http://adm.iboardtouch.co.uk:8080/iBTRegWS/webresources/regIWB/data?ctype=PingMore&cdata=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
