Hive Google Drive hangs with 'Loading...'

If you are trying to access your Google drive files via the Hive Resource Bank/Remote/Google Drive widget, and you see the confirmation web page which says it is OK to close, but Hive just shows 'Loading ...' in the Resource Bank, it is likely that the Google Drive access token needs to be refreshed securely.

To do this, open the browser and log into your Google account. (This can be on any device you use to access your Google account - it does not have to be on the same device as you are running Hive on).

Then go to the page : https://myaccount.google.com/u/0/permissions

Here you should see 'Hive IWB App' as one of the 3rd party apps listed. Click 'Remove Access'.
Now go back to Hive and attempt to access Google Drive again. You should now be prompted for permission to allow the Hive IWB App to access your files. Click Allow (if the browser complains about security click Advanced, and Allow).

Your files should now be visible.

If the 'Loading ...' message still persists, check the Hive log file and ensure the Open SSL library version listed is 1.1 (not 1.2), e.g:
