Screen Not Powering Up (No Red Standby Light Present on the Right Hand Side of the Screen)

If no red standby light is present on the screen then please perform the following checks:
1) Is the power turned on at the mains and the screen power switch? The screen power switch is located next to the power cable which plugs into the board.
2) Is the power lead plugged in properly into the screen and the mains socket?
3) Check the fuse on the plug and also try using a different power lead.
If, after performing these checks, the red standby light is not present please open a ticket at apps.iboardtouch.co.uk/ibtticket and inform the team of the steps you have taken so far to resolve the issue so far.
