Wi-Fi Issues

1) If the Wi-Fi is not working does the device manager recognise the Wi-Fi adapter? If this is not present then you will need to reinstall the WLAN adapter from the driver disk that will have been provided with your PC Module.
2) If Wi-Fi is still not working then please check the aerial has been firmly screwed in and try moving the screen to see if it can receive better reception. Wi-Fi can also be improved by using some pliers to ensure the gold coloured nut on the bottom of the pc module aerial is firmly on and has not loosened
If this does not resolve your issues please reach out to a member of support via the ticketting system on apps.iboardtouch.co.uk/ibtticket and inform them of any and all steps taken to resolve this issue to date, along with the outcome of all steps currently taken.
