Picture Distortion

If the picture being output to your screen appears to be distorted, please carry out the following steps.

1) Please make sure the iBoardTouch Screen has been fully powered down and unplugged from the mains before disconnecting the PC module and firmly placing it back in its usual position.

2) If the picture is still distorted please turn of automatic updated for Windows 7 and use the Driver CD provided with your PC Module to re-install the drivers for the graphics card.

3) Do all other outputs work fine or is the picture distortion consistent through all outputs? If it is consistent throughout then please raise a ticket via http:// apps.iboardtouch.co.uk/ibtticket and inform us of any and all steps taken to try to solve this issue in addition to what they outcome of the steps taken.

4) Does the image being outputted to the screen change when the screen is tapped? If so please raise a ticket via http:// apps.iboardtouch.co.uk/ibtticket and inform us of any and all steps taken to try to solve this issue in addition to what they outcome of the steps taken.

5) Is there a line of pixels visible on the screen? If so please raise a ticket via http:// apps.iboardtouch.co.uk/ibtticket and inform us of any and all steps taken to try to solve this issue in addition to what they outcome of the steps taken.

6) Is the screen half blue/half green? If so please raise a ticket via http:// apps.iboardtouch.co.uk/ibtticket and inform us of any and all steps taken to try to solve this issue in addition to what they outcome of the steps taken.
