Does VCC support DICOM files

Yes. VCC can open DICOM files. Each frame is shown on a separate VCC page.
To test use File>Import, and select a DICOM file.
If you the error "Java needed" on opening a DICOM file, VCC needs to be pointed to the install Java on PC. This is done by clicking File>Settings, and then setting the Java Path to the location of the java.exe installed.
