I get "Application Install - Sorry, an error has occurred" message when re-installing VCC

If you see the following error whilst installing VCC:

Please do the following:


  1. Open Control Panel - Programs & Features
  2. Select "iBoardTouch" or "iBoardTouch VCC" (NOT "iBoardTouch IWB" or "iBoardTouch IWBPro"):

  3. Uninstall
  4. Select "Adobe AIR"
  5. Uninstall
  6. Exit Control Panel
  7. Re-install the iBoardTouch VCC software. It should automatically install the required/latest Adobe AIR, and iBoardTouch.
