SOmetimes when installing a new version of VCC an error may occur caused by the installer not being able to cleanly remove the older version. When this happens VCC must be manually uninstalled.

1. Open Control Panel - Programs & Features
2. Select "iBoardTouch" (NOT "iBoardTouch IWB").
3. Uninstall

In addition it may be necessary to uninstall Adobe AIR to before installing VCC.

1. In Control Panel - Programs & Features, select "Adobe AIR"
2. Uninstall
3. Exit Control Panel

Finally, re-install the iBoardTouch VCC software. It should automatically install the required/latest Adobe AIR, and iBoardTouch.
