SMART Touch Drivers

When SMART Notebook is installed the SMART touch drivers are also installed.
This is not required and occasionally interferes with iBT touch drivers, causing the touch to become erratic.
To rectify this go to Control Panel>Programs and features, and uninstall "SMART Touch Drivers".
Then, open SMART Notebook app and enter the Settings under Options. Under the Services banner, you will find an option to install the SMART Touch Drivers, please de-select this option.
Remember that if SMART Notebook updates it may re-install the SMART Touch Driver software, so check to see if the program has been re-installed in the Programs sector of the Control Panel.
You can disable automatic updates in the options menu in SMART Notebook if you wish to avoid this.
