Multi-touch on Windows 8.1 is not working.

If you are using the iBoardTouch screen with the built-in PC module, running Windows 8.1, make sure the Touch Service is disabled or uninstalled. Windows 8.1. has its own multi-touch drivers. If you only have single touch working then the Touch Service is running.
