Frequently Asked Questions

By default the android system does not allow direct install from an apk file - saying "install not allowed".

The solution is to access the debug menu and change the settings via the remote control method.

• First switch over to Android home and with the remote, press "INPUT" and then "1 3 7 9"
• Then a Debug menu will pop up
• Scroll down to find and enable "Unknown Sources"

Please be aware of the risks of installing packages from unknown sources. iBoardTouch are not responsible for packages installed in this manner.

After following the above  set of instructions, the apk file can be installed on Android.
