Mac El Capitan won't run IWBPro

Some users are reporting an error when they try to run IWBPro on the Mac OS El Capitan 10.11.5 version.
When running IWBPro, the followed message pops up, and the program does not open:

This is an issue affecting a wide range of applications, not just IWBPro.
It is caused by restrictions applied by the El Capitan upgrade.
When IWBpro first starts it creates two folders:
/Users/Shared/Library/Application Support/IWBPro
/Users/[user_name]/Documents/IWBPro
Please check these folders have been created after running IWBPro.
If they are not present, please create them with the names "IWBPro", and ensure these have read and write permissions.
After this IWBPro should run.
If there is still a problem, please these folders again, raise a ticket and attached the iwb_current.log file found in either folder.
Root Access Required
Your system might require you to have root access to create these folders.
Please consult with your local support team if this is the case.
If you have the root credentials please do the following:
Go to Applications and open the application Terminal
Enter the command dsenableroot
Enter the current and the new root password
You should then be able to switch to root and create the required directories.
